Shipping policy

Shipping + Handling

All items are ready to ship unless it is PRE-ORDER. Orders include pre-orders are meant to be shipped together.

In stock items - orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Each item will be checked thoroughly before we send them to you.

Please allow up to 48 hours processing times for both regular parcels and express.

Depending on your location we will use either Australia Post or Sendle to send your parcel.

NOTE:

- SALE seasons, please allow an extra 2 days on top of the normal processing times for the items to be dispatched.

- We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays. So for instance, if you placed your order on Friday, it'll be dispatched on Tuesday the latest.

 

Domestic Shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING AUS WIDE on orders over $150

We offer a flat rate of $10.00 (WITH TRACKING) on orders below $150. Usually it takes 3-5 business days for the parcel to arrive (rural area might take longer).

If you would like your parcel to be signed for then please contact us to arrange for this as it is an additional cost.

Express post is available for $15 and takes 1-3 days to reach you depending on your location.

Pick up - Pick up location is in store at Shop 60, 13/15 McLaren Street, Mount Barker, SOUTH AUSTRALIA 5251. We will email you to arrange pick up times once your orders are packed and ready to go.

 

New Zealand

FREE SHIPPING on orders above $160

Standard shipping is $19 on orders below $150 (WITH TRACKING). Usually takes up to 5 business days to reach your destination.

 

International Shipping

Please send your order enquiry through to anika@rosalynandrae.com.au with your shipping address and we will be in touch with a quote.

International parcels will be sent via Australia Post

Rosalyn + Rae can not be held responsible for any missing parcels! Once parcels have been dispatched from our store we no longer have any control nor responsibility for them. We will always do our best to get the recovered for you however sometimes this doesn’t always work out.

 BULKY ITEMS

Bulky items such as some of the wooden toy collection and some Connetix products will incur a 'Bulky Item' shipping rate. This is due the the weight and size of the product. Any questions please reach out to anika@rosalynandrae.com.au
